I think a post called ┬źHere is what is changing in Merriweather┬╗ was deleted. Was this intentional, or was it just a problem with the WordPress software?
Also, how is the serif roman coming along? Will you release your current version soon, or will you wait until the Cyrillic characters are done?

Will this be in the upcoming revised version of Merriweather, or a later version?

The Cyrillics will come after the Latin serif update. I don’t want to delay the serif design because of the Cyrillics. That said, they should come quite close to each other. Perhaps within 30 days of each other.

It is hard to say. Both the development time and the time it takes google to make them live are variables. Happily the upright cyrillic is fairly established. The italic is not. “A month or two” is probably the best thing I can say with out being misleading.
